Refund policy

 

Returns & Cancellations
All orders are processed quickly to ensure faster delivery, so cancellations and returns aren’t supported once confirmed.

Change of Mind
Changed your mind? You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Exchanges
Need a different size? No worries. You can easily request an exchange through our self-serve portal. We’ve made the process quick and hassle-free so you’re always sorted if sizing isn’t right.

Refunds
For cancellations within 12 hours, once approved, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.
We can only issue store credit/coupon refunds for COD orders.

If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right.

Split COD Orders

For split COD orders (where a partial payment is made online and the remaining is collected at delivery), the pre-payment amount is strictly non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations, refusals, or returns. Only the COD balance will be waived or refunded as per our standard return/exchange policy.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • A ₹250 per order return shipping and handling charge applies.

  • In some cases, price difference in sale items may be charged.
  • Discount codes used on the original order will not be applicable on exchanged items. Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of initiating the exchange.
  • Exchanges are not available on sale orders.

    PS: Sales are not applicable on sale items and during sale periods like Diwali and Black Friday

     

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. We strive to accommodate cancellation requests efficiently; orders not yet processed will be canceled and fully refunded. However, if an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation requests, emphasizing the importance of timely communication from our customers.


All orders are shipped at 4 PM every day. Please send any cancellation requests by 3 PM so we can process them in time. Orders cannot be cancelled once the AWB has been generated.


Please note: Cancellations are not possible on sale orders specifically during campaigns such as Diwali and Black Friday, XMas etc.

Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered with or the seal is broken, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@wearadhd.com. Once a tampered package is accepted, WearADHD cannot be held responsible for any missing items or damage.

Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with such claims beyond this period.

 

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender

In case your order could not be delivered and is returned to our warehouse (due to an incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept), we will issue a store credit equal to your order value minus ₹100 as return shipping charges.
You can use the store credit to place a fresh order.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

Please note: We do not include hang tags with our products as part of our commitment to reducing waste and practicing sustainable production. All returns and exchanges will still be processed as per our policy without the need for tags.
