Order

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email

How long will it take to get my orders?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 24h for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods. Orders may take 7-15 business days to get delivered depending on your city.

Can I return or exchange my order

Yes, one-time exchange per product category is allowed to help you find the right fit.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• A ₹250 shipping/handling fee applies.

• Exchanges aren’t available on sale items

Do you ship internationally

Not yet. But it’s coming soon.

How much is shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Sometimes we also run free shipping during drops or sales.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery

Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes.

If COD isn’t available for your area, it’ll show at checkout.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll help you with an exchange.

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

What happens if my order is returned to you

If an order comes back due to failed delivery, you’ll receive store credit equal to the order value minus ₹100 for return shipping.

How do I find my size

Each product has a size chart on the product page.
